Complaint Process
Any person having a grievance regarding content published on Digital Bhoomi may submit a complaint through email.
The complaint should contain:

- Contact Details
- URL of disputed content
- Nature of grievance
- Supporting information
Digital Bhoomi shall acknowledge and examine genuine complaints and take appropriate action wherever required in accordance with applicable law and ethical standards.
Digital Bhoomi shall acknowledge receipt of grievance within 24 hours and endeavor to resolve the grievance within 15 days from the date of receipt, subject to applicable laws and circumstances.
